Black Lives Mental Health Matters (It really does). These are just little recordings I do more for therapy than anything else, however, I do hope that some people can relate. My stories, thoughts, and dreams are here. You are never alone. I would prefer to use music, but somebody I ain't gonna call no names but they are Universal when it comes to names. Just to be truthful I just ramble. Oh sometimes it gets real, wait till I start talking about my mom and I, talk about issues. You wouldn't believe the support system that I've built for myself. My poor therapists (yes plural). I am like Bill Murray in that movie 'What About Bob?'
